    What is the maximum mailbox storage?

    The maximum size of a Nuvebs Mail box is 25 GB.

    What is the maximum size for an attachment?

    The maximum size for an attachment in the Nuvebs Mail environment is 50 MB.

    What's the difference between IMAP and POP?

    The main difference between IMAP and POP is that IMAP works with email directly on the server, while POP fetches mail from the server and works with it on your local computer.

    I've turned on archiving. When will I see messages in the archive?

    You will see messages in the archive within 24 hours after enabling archiving. The archiving tool starts as soon as you create your site, but the tool needs time to build the index and make the data searchable.

    Spam are archived?

    If a message is flagged as spam, the message is not archived.

    Can I recover deleted emails?

    Users can recover email messages from the Recover Deleted Email tool up to 14 days for free after an item is purged from the Trash folder in NuvebsMail Webmail portal.
